Project preparation
We create clarity and structure right at the start: in a joint kick-off with all internal and external project managers, we define goals, expectations and responsibilities. This lays the foundation for a focused and well-coordinated project.
Status Quo & Health Check
We analyze your current system and process landscape along the customer journey - with a focus on the interfaces and potential in marketing, sales and service. In a structured health check, we identify weaknesses, optimization potential and maturity levels. Together with your teams, we define the target state (TARGET) in a requirements workshop as the basis for all further steps.
Concept
